ORGANIZATION OBJECTIVES
- Encourage the involvement and participation of youth, women and disabled in the productive activities in order to prosper in their development activities.
- Empower youth, women and disabled in economic activities to increase their income status through enhancement of entrepreneurial skills and talents they have.
- Promote and provide education for youth, women and people with disabilities to form VICOBA SUSTAINABLE GROUPS.
- Enable youth, women and disabled combating the unemployment challenges through creating employment opportunity channels.
- Provision of field practices, the visiting and vivid examples on different field works, trainings and motivation talks for example; Visiting different agriculture schemes, livestock ranching, arts and crafts, processing industries and factories.

- Facilitate the training of self-awareness, entrepreneurship and finance to youth, women and disabled people.
- Promote, develop and train VICOBA SUSTAINABLE GROUPS for youth, women and disabled people.
- Encourage youth, women and disabled to enter into investment activity.
- Make sure the youth, women and disabled people and their members are involved in development activities to prepare projects.
- Organizing and conducting seminars and training courses for youth, women and the disabled people.
- Solve the challenges of youth, women and disabled that make them achieving their goals of living a better life.

Our organization has different sources of funds, the income and resources of the organization however delivered applied solely towards the promotion of the aim and objectives of the organization. The following are the sources of funds

So far YEMCO has reached the following achievement
- Increasing number of vicoba groups
- Increasing of organization members
- Training more than 10,000 youth, women and disabled
- Creating widows’ sector which help widows to change their lives
- Preparing more than 50 events with not less than 1000 participants
- Helping young people to start their business
- Initiating microfinance for one of vicoba group
- To cooperate with the government in our activities
- To create centers for training in different regions
- To create hall for training in head quarter
- Initiating more than 50 small industries
- Helping young, women and disabled groups to access government loans
- Giving back to the community for visiting different prisons,different orphanage centers and different hospitals
